WWE kicked off the festivities of their upcoming Premium Live Event, WWE Bash in Berlin, at the Uber Arena with the August 30 edition of Friday Night SmackDown, announcing the return date of former Imperium member Giovanni Vinci.

The WWE Universe was shocked when Giovanni Vinci was unceremoniously ousted from his stable following a loss on RAW in April. The dramatic moment unfolded as Vinci and Ludwig Kaiser made their exit, only for Kaiser to turn on Vinci, delivering a brutal beatdown that left fans stunned.

Since that night, Giovanni Vinci has been absent from WWE television, leaving many to wonder about his future. However, on the August 9 edition of Friday Night SmackDown, WWE aired an intriguing vignette signalling Vinci’s return as a singles competitor.

In the vignette, Vinci appeared with a brand-new “dress to impress” gimmick, showcasing a persona vastly different from his previous one. The vignette featured him in luxurious settings, enjoying leisure activities, and arriving in a sleek sports car, all while declaring that he had finally become the man he always aspired to be.
