Roman Reigns’ New WWE Entrance Music Smashes Record for Company

Solo Sikoa was really enjoying his time without Roman Reigns, but that ended with the Original Tribal Chief’s return to WWE at SummerSlam 2024. Now Reigns’ comeback has set a new milestone for the company, thanks to his new theme song, I Am Greatness.

After a hiatus from WWE television since losing the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship to Cody Rhodes in the main event of WrestleMania 40, Reigns made his highly anticipated return. Along with his comeback, he debuted a new entrance theme, replacing his previous Head Of The Table song with the powerful I Am Greatness.

Released by WWEMusic last week, and this fact immediately made headlines. Fans also turned out in droves to click play, and they did so on repeat.

Roman Reigns’ new song quickly made waves in the music industry, setting a new record for WWE. According to Forbes, Roman Reigns’ new theme song made it onto two different sales charts in the United Kingdom. The track debuted at No. 83 on the Official Singles Downloads chart, marking it as one of the most-downloaded songs in the UK this week.

In addition to this achievement, I Am Greatness also appeared on the Official Singles Sales chart, which tracks all forms of song purchases in the UK. The theme song landed at No. 88, further solidifying its success.

Def Rebel is responsible for Roman Reigns’ new song. WWE established Def Rebel to compose, produce, and release tracks that would serve as the entrance music for some of the sport’s biggest stars. This music collective, if it can be called an artist, has been active since at least 2020.

On the August 16 episode of WWE SmackDown, Roman Reigns was taken out by the new Bloodline’s Jacob Fatu, but his theme song continues to resonate with fans, proving that the Tribal Chief remains a force both in and out of the ring. We will have to see how he takes care of this situation, but Reigns was spotted at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital for a pizza party on Friday morning, so making it to Bash in Berlin would certainly be a surprise.
