Music Producer for AEW Gives Sneak Peek at Ricochet’s New Theme Song

AEW has recently signed several former WWE Superstars who struggled to find their place under Vince McMahon’s booking. Despite Triple H bringing new life to rejuvenate WWE, Ricochet chose not to renew his contract, and a backstage attack by Bron Breakker served as his exit from the company just before his deal expired. However, Ricochet didn’t stay away from the spotlight for long, as he soon made his return with Tony Khan’s AEW.

Ricochet debuted in the ring for AEW at All In, participating in the Casino Gauntlet match. Although he didn’t secure the guaranteed title shot, as Christian Cage ended up with that victory, Ricochet quickly rebounded by winning the main event against Kyle Fletcher on the August 28 episode of AEW Dynamite. These first two matches featured temporary entrance music, but a new theme song is on the way.

AEW’s music producer, Mikey Rukus, hinted at the upcoming theme for Ricochet. He’s been working diligently on the track, and the elements are coming together nicely, promising a strong final product.

While it’s understandable that fans might have expected Tony Khan to have Ricochet’s entire entrance package ready for his Wembley Stadium debut, it seems the initial music was just a placeholder. Fortunately, this temporary fix will soon give way to something more fitting for Ricochet’s style.

Although the full track hasn’t been revealed yet, it’s clear that Ricochet’s AEW theme is shaping up to be something special. Rukus, known for his expertise in the recording studio, offered a behind-the-scenes look at the process in a detailed video, showcasing each element of the theme and giving fans a taste of what’s to come.

While there’s no exact timeline for when the final version will be ready, it’s clear that Ricochet’s new entrance music is well on its way.
