AEW brought the fallout after All In for fans in Champaign, Illinois this week on August 28. The show was expected to include a lot of All In fallout, but the show opened up with an unexpected surprise.
Jon Moxley hasn’t been seen on AEW television since Forbidden Door, but the IWGP World Heavyweight Champion had a lot to get off his chest. He made his way to the ring to kick off Dynamite this week, and he didn’t have the Wild Thing music, either. Tony Schiavone meet Moxley in the ring, who made it clear that he’s on the search.
Moxley said that he’s on Dynamite to have a conversation with a man who wasn’t on the show that night. He said the conversation is long overdue, and then he called out Darby Allin. “It’s about time that you and I have a talk, trust me, I’m not going to be hard to find,” he said.
This was all the former Dean Ambrose had to say at first, but then he turned back and got in the ring once again. He was serious as he told Tony Schiavone that “this is not your company anymore.” Then he left.
We will keep an eye on this story, because Jon Moxley is a man of very careful words, and he means what he says. Only time will tell what he means by that threat toward Tony Schiavone. It certainly left the former WCW announcer confused as he stood in the center of the ring after Mox left.
