Jesse Ventura Sets the Record Straight on Possibly Mending Fences with Hulk Hogan

Jesse Ventura made his return to WWE last month in a move that certainly shocked fans in a big way. However, there are some people he never had a good relationship with and that includes Hulk Hogan. With that said, he has now set the record straight on mending fences with Hogan.

A union in professional wrestling has been a controversial topic for many years. The likes of Andrew Yang even tried to get wrestlers to unionize. Hulk Hogan also squashed that idea years ago when Jesse Ventura tried to bring it up within WWE.

While speaking to Chris Van Vliet, Jesse Ventura was asked if he would ever bury the hatchet with Hulk Hogan. Jesse Ventura explained why he has no intention of reconciling with Hulk Hogan, stating that Hogan’s narcissism is a key factor.

Ventura compared Hogan to Donald Trump, saying that neither of them is likely to reach out unless he receives an apology. He mentioned hearing that Hogan was at the Republican Convention, commenting that the event might have been more successful with Doink the Clown instead of Hogan.

“No. I don’t know, he betrayed me. When you have a guy who’s as narcissistic as Donald Trump, it [the conversation] ain’t gonna happen until I hear an apology from him. [From Hogan?] Yeah, he’s the narcissist, like Hogan. You know, birds of a feather flock together. I heard he was at the Republican Convention. I already heard about that, Hogan was there. Somebody wrote here, they’d have done better with Doink the Clown.”

WWE even blacklisted wrestlers for even mentioning union. Regardless, Ventura is also finalizing legends deal with WWE now that Vince McMahon is no longer with WWE and he is more focused on that than anything related to Hulk Hogan.
