UFC President Dana White recently addressed the buzz surrounding reports that WWE’s Performance Center might be relocating to Las Vegas.

On August 27, WrestleVotes initially reported that during an “all-employee” meeting at WWE HQ, it was revealed that the Performance Center would be moving to Sin City “in the near future.” However, Fightful Select quickly refuted the claim, citing WWE sources that labeled the report as false.

WrestleVotes later doubled down, stating that while the move to Las Vegas is indeed in WWE’s plans, it won’t happen overnight.

When asked about these reports during the post-show press conference for Dana White’s Contender Series on August 27, the UFC President kept it short and sweet.

“It’s none of my business. I know nothing about it [laughs]. It’s none of my business. Let the WWE talk about their business.”

The WWE Performance Center, which has been a cornerstone of the company’s developmental system since its launch in Orlando, Florida, in July 2013, has played a pivotal role in the training and development of future WWE stars. Replacing Florida Championship Wrestling as WWE’s primary developmental territory, the facility has also served as the home of NXT and even hosted major events like WrestleMania 36 during the pandemic.

WWE’s connection to Las Vegas has grown in recent years, especially after their merger with UFC to form TKO. The collaboration between the two powerhouses has seen WWE hosting events like NXT Battleground at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, further solidifying Nevada as a key location for both brands. UFC, of course, has long used Nevada as its base, with the UFC Performance Institute and UFC Apex serving as central hubs for its operations.

As rumors continue to swirl about WWE’s plans for the Performance Center, only time will tell if Sin City becomes the new home for WWE’s developmental talents. For now, though, Dana White is staying out of the speculation game.
