WWE saw the emergence of the Women’s Revolution during the mid 2010s with WWE’s Four Horsewomen, Becky Lynch, Sasha Banks, Bayley and Charlotte Flair being at the forefront of that movement.

The four women revolutionized women’s wrestling like no other, which opened doors of opportunities for the women coming into WWE after them, including Royal Rumble matches, main event bouts and eventually headlining WWE’s premier show, WrestleMania in 2019 and 2021.

In a recent interview with TV Insider, current NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez was asked about her picks for the Four Horsewomen of WWE of the new generation. She picked herself, Indi Hartwell, Cora Jade, and Lyra Valkyria for the prestigious spots, outlining their common passion for rising above as top-tier WWE superstars.

“That’s a tough question, but I think I would go with me, Cora Jade, Indi Hartwell, and Lyra Valkyria. All of us have been wanting to do this our entire lives. We’ve been chasing this dream. We all want it so bad. We’ve all been able to showcase why we could be the next Four Horsewomen. I think that is a good group of talented individuals.”

Roxanne Perez has been amidst a dominant run as the NXT Women’s Champion and is next set to defend her title at NXT’s upcoming PLE, No Mercy, against Jaida Parker, who won the opportunity last week on NXT.

Cora Jade is currently out of action due to a knee injury but has been seen rehabbing for months to get back to in-ring action. Finally, Lyra Valkyria and Indi Hartwell are part of the RAW and SmackDown rosters, trying to make an impact, much like they did in NXT. With a bright future ahead for all four superstars, we will have to wait and see if they will be able to live up to the moniker of this generation’s WWE Four Horsewomen.
