Keith Lee was one of the mainstays of AEW television and fans continue to support him no matter what, even during his absence from television. In light of his absence, we have an update on his AEW return status.

Keith Lee has not been seen on AEW television since his Worlds End match was pulled. His last official appearance was on the December 23 episode of AEW Collision, where he defeated Brian Cage. Lee would go on to reveal later that he had to undergo two surgeries.

While speaking on Fightful Select’s Q&A podcast, Sean Ross Sapp was asked about Keith Lee’s status in AEW and about a potential return. Sapp noted that Keith Lee is currently sidelined during his absence from AEW.

There have been some ideas discussed for his return, but it is currently unclear if he is healthy enough to come back. An update on his condition has not yet been provided.
