Friday Night SmackDown continues to dominate as WWE’s flagship show, drawing in a significant weekly audience with its latest episode sparking considerable discussion and excitement.

According to Programming Insider, the August 23rd edition of Friday Night SmackDown saw a decrease in viewership, attracting 2.050 million viewers, as the previous week’s show received 2.252 million viewers. Moreover, the show achieved a 0.56 rating in the key 18-49 demographic, a decrease from the previous week’s 0.61. This is the lowest viewership that SmackDown has recorded since June 14, 2024.

This week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown included LA Knight confirming an open challenge for the US Championship for Bash in Berlin, The Bloodline changing up their tag team title reign and many such moments took place.
