AEW’s All In event was truly a night of memorable moments and incredible matches. This included Ricochet making his shocking debut at the show and now Will Ospreay has addressed possibly facing him.

Ricochet made his highly anticipated debut at AEW All In at Wembley Stadium, marking his first appearance since leaving WWE. He entered during the Casino Gauntlet match, showcasing his impressive moves and quickly becoming the focal point of the match for a significant portion of the event. His debut was met with excitement as he performed at a high level, capturing the attention of the crowd.

While speaking during the post- AEW All In media scrum, Will Ospreay was asked about possibly facing Ricochet now that he is in AEW. Will Ospreay commented on Ricochet’s debut and the possibility of facing him, acknowledging the excitement but emphasizing that Ricochet has a lot to prove first.

Ospreay noted that it’s been eight years since their memorable Best of the Super Juniors match and both wrestlers have since taken different paths. He expressed interest in seeing how Ricochet performs in AEW and is pleased to see him in the promotion, but stressed that Ricochet needs to earn his shot at the AEW International Championship.

”I mean look, so do I, but man’s gotta work for it. You know what I mean? He’s got a long list of people that he’s gonna have to beat before he can come after the AEW International Champion. Honestly, it’s been 8 years since that Best of Super Juniors match and we’ve both gone in different directions. But like, now he’s under this microscope and maybe I just called him out all those times to see if he’s got any bollocks and he’s shown up, right? So I’d like to see what he can do here in AEW and I’m excited and really happy for him.”

We will have to wait and see whether Will Ospreay and Ricochet will end up squaring of against each other this year in AEW, as there is undoubtedly a lot of hype for the dream match to take place in the company.
