AEW Grand Slam Heading to Australia in 2025

Since its inception in 2019, AEW has experienced significant growth, with events like AEW All In making a major impact. Reports suggested that AEW was going to hold a Stadium show in 2025 and now AEW has confirmed Grand Slam will be taking place in Australai next year.

As previously reported, AEW is planning major stadium event in Australia for 2025. The company was evaluating several venues on Australia’s east coast, including Allianz Stadium in Sydney, Marvel Stadium in Melbourne, and Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane. It was believed that entertainment company TEG was backing the event. While the exact date for the show has not yet been confirmed, AEW’s schedule for 2025 is still open.

During the AEW All In Zero Hour show, the company officially confirmed that AEW Grand Slam will be taking place in Australia on February 15, 2025. The show will be taking place at the Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane and no further details were provided.

We will have to wait and see whether AEW will end up having a massive success at next year’s Grand Slam event in Australia, as the likes of Eric Bischoff believe the company will struggle to sell out the show.
