The Big 3 Honored Olympian Simone Biles During 8/23 WWE SmackDown

Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill have been on a tear since becoming a tag team and they eventually included Naomi in the mix as they now call themselves the ‘Big 3.’ In fact, they paid tribute to Simone Biles during SmackDown this week.

During the August 23rd edition of Friday Night SmackDown, Jade Cargill, Naomi, and Bianca Belair teamed up to face WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions The Unholy Union (Alba Fyre & Isla Dawn) alongside Blair Davenport. The rivalry between these teams has been ongoing, with Davenport playing a key role in helping the champions retain their titles against Cargill and Belair.

The trio of Belair, Cargill, and Naomi dazzled in their vibrant outfits, which were inspired by gymnastics attire worn by Simone Biles, making it clear they had a ton of respect for the Olympian.

In the match, the Biles-inspired team picked up the win. The Unholy Union and Davenport focused on isolating Belair, but she eventually made the tag to Cargill, who took control and dominated the ring. Naomi sealed the victory for her team with a spectacular split-legged moonsault on Blair Davenport.

Fans were certainly happy to see The Big 3 pay homage to Simone Biles like this. Nonetheless, we will have to wait and see what’s next in store for the trio, as they are clearly on a roll at the moment.
