Katsuyori Shibata, with Dustin Rhodes and Sammy Guevara in his corner, took on Jay Lethal, who was accompanied by Sonjay Dutt and Satnam Singh. Shibata ultimately won the match with a decisive armbar submission.

They aired a promotional package for All In.

Kris Statlander and Stokely Hathaway teamed up against Kid Lykos II and Nina Samuels. Statlander dominated the action, effectively doing all the heavy lifting. She used a creative maneuver, slamming Hathaway onto Kid Lykos II, setting up Hathaway for an easy pin. The match was a swift squash.

Hook faced off against Big Bill, who had Jericho and Bryan Keith in his corner. Jericho also joined the commentary team, adding his insights throughout the match. The crowd was evenly split in their support, with Big Bill clearly the favorite in Wales, his home territory.

Throughout the match, Big Bill dominated. Despite heel tactics, the audience remained firmly behind him, chanting “we still love you” and giving him a standing ovation. This support made him the most popular figure on the show, even surpassing the likes of Ospreay and Danielson on Dynamite.

Hook attempted a babyface comeback, striving to shift the momentum, but the crowd’s booing intensified, refusing to support his efforts against the beloved Big Bill. Despite the strong hometown support for Big Bill, Hook managed to secure the win with a sleeper hold, which was met with boos from the audience. The atmosphere intensified when Chris Jericho climbed onto the announcer table, posing with the FTW Championship, eliciting huge “we want Bill” chants from the crowd. This solidified Big Bill as the most popular AEW wrestler in Cardiff.

Ari Daivari came out next, taunting the crowd by mentioning that Cardiff lacks a Premier League football team, drawing heat as part of his persona with the Premier Athletes. His opponent, Jeff Jarrett, then made his entrance, receiving a massive pop from the fans.

The crowd was really hot for Jeff Jarrett, almost as much as they were for Big Bill. The match began with Jarrett and Daivari letting the crowd’s energy take over. Daivari tried to leave the match, but Jarrett caught up to him. Using Karen Jarrett as a shield, Daivari managed to sneak in a hit on Jeff. The fight went back and forth, with Daivari getting Jeff in a tough sleeper hold. It looked like Jarrett was out, but he fought back, exciting the crowd with his comeback and almost winning with a side Russian leg sweep. The crowd loved every moment, especially when Jarrett performed his famous strut and finished Daivari with “The Stroke” after avoiding a flying crossbody.

The main event of Collision was a tag team match where the winners would join the London Ladders Match as the Wild Card Team. Lio Rush and Top Flight teamed up. They faced a strong team from the Blackpool Combat Club, including Claudio, Wheeler Yuta, and PAC. The crowd went wild when PAC showed up.

The Blackpool Combat Club (BCC) and PAC secured a victory after Claudio executed a swing on Lio Rush into a low dropkick from Wheeler Yuta, followed by PAC’s Black Arrow.

Post-match, Christian Cage and Nick Wayne’s mom appeared. Christian congratulated the team on qualifying for the London ladder match, referring to himself as the godfather of ladder matches. However, he distracted BCC and PAC, allowing Nick Wayne and Luchasaurus to launch a surprise attack with chairs.

The situation escalated as Bullet Club Gold rushed in for the save and pulled out a table from under the ring. Suddenly, the lights went out, and when they came back on, the House of Black was at the top of the ramp with a giant ladder. They advanced towards the ring and helped chase off The Patriarchy and Bullet Club Gold, but the alliance quickly dissolved as brawling ensued among all the factions. BCC and PAC joined in, while The Patriarchy retreated up the ramp. Amidst the chaos, the crowd’s excitement peaked, chanting for All In. This concluded the taping.
