WWE has several plans in motion, and each champion needs a worthy challenger. Bron Breakker, who is still riding high as the Intercontinental Champion, is part of those plans. However, consider this a spoiler warning for what follows.

It has now been reported via PWN that the winner of the ongoing tournament to determine the #1 Contender for the Intercontinental Championship is set to face Bron Breakker at Bad Blood. As of now, it doesn’t seem that the title will be defended in Berlin.

Bron Breakker will eventually need a new challenger for the Intercontinental Championship, but he’ll have to wait. As the new IC Champion, he may not be in any rush, especially after his big win over Sami Zayn at SummerSlam.

WWE Bad Blood 2024 is scheduled for Saturday, October 5, 2024, at 5:30 PM at State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. This event marks the 27th anniversary of the first Bad Blood event. Triple H, who is well-versed in WWE history, is bringing back this fan-favorite premium live event.
