Injuries can happen at any time in the world of professional wrestling and it’s always unfortunate whenever they do happen. In fact, an NXT star might have sustained an injury during the NXT tapings for the August 27 episode.
Both the August 20 and August 27 episodes of NXT were filmed back to back. This was done because the crew will be heading to Germany for WWE’s Bash In Berlin event next week.
One of the matches set to air on August 27 features Jacy Jayne and Fallon Henley from Fatal Influence facing Meta-Four’s Jakara Jackson and Lash Legend. Fightful’s Corey Brennan reported that Fallon Henley might have a broken nose from the match. Although her nose was bleeding heavily, she managed to continue and complete the match.
”Fallon Henley possibly suffered a broken nose during the second taping of NXT tonight. Despite her nose bleeding badly she did finish her match.”
We certainly hope Fallon Henley didn’t suffer a broken nose injury as that would mean she may have to miss out on in-ring time for a while, similar to what happened to Jacy Jayne. Ringside News will keep you updated on her health status as we learn more.
