Ronda Rousey Addresses Potential WWE Return After Departure

Ronda Rousey parted ways with WWE after her match against Shayna Baszler at SummerSlam last year and judging by her post-WWE exit comments, fans expected her to never want to return to WWE. However, it appears she might have had a change of heart.

Earlier this year, Ronda Rousey talked about her WWE experiences, providing major insights into her tenure with the company. She used strong language towards Bruce Prichard and John Laurinaitis, expressing her frustrations by telling them to go ‘f*** themselves.’ Ronda Rousey also alleged that WWE discriminated against women and a lot of other things.

During Pro Wrestling Revolver’s Unreal event last year, Ronda Rousey and Marina Shafir squared off against Athena and Billie Starkz in tag team match. However, that wasn’t her only appearance as she made her ROH debut back in November in one-off match.

Ronda Rousey recently took part in a Reddit ‘Ask Me Anything’ session with AWA Studios. During the session, Rousey was asked if she would ever consider joining WWE again now that Triple H is in charge. Rousey admitted that she would consider it and would like to team up with Shayna Baszler again.

“[Would you consider a comeback under the HHH regime? If so, who would be your dream opponent?]”

”I would consider it, I would just love to tag team with Shayna again — if she could ever forgive me and take me back!”

A WWE Executive is also open to discussing Ronda Rousey’s potential WWE return. Rousey already made it clear she doesn’t rule out making her in-ring return, so we’ll have to see if she comes back to WWE somewhere down the line.
