TNA Wrestling and WWE worked together a couple of this over the past year and renewed their partnership in May when Jordynne Grace appeared on NXT. This led to increased crossover appearances between stars from both companies. In fact, Matt Cardona is now eyeing involvement in the crossover.

The WWE and TNA partnership is still making headlines, and for good reason. The two promotions regularly swap talent, with stars like Tatum Paxley, The Rascalz, Joe Hendry and No Catch Quarter Crew appearing on each other’s shows.

While speaking in a new interview with Sports Guys Talk Wrestling, Cardona expressed his desire to be involved in the crossover between TNA and NXT. He mentioned that he has a lot more he wants to achieve and sees TNA thriving with its NXT partnership.

Matt Cardona emphasized his intention to rejoin TNA, particularly due to his personal stake in the situation, as his partner, Steph De Lander, is marrying PCO.

“I have so much more I want to accomplish. I see that TNA is absolutely killing it with NXT, I wanna be a part of that. I want to get back in TNA, especially when SDL, my partner, my property, is marrying PCO behind my back. I gotta go and see what’s up over there.”

We will have to wait and see whether Matt Cardona will end up returning to WWE television as part of WWE and TNA’s ongoing partnership, as fans would love to see him back.
