Jey Uso’s definitely one of the most over Superstars in all of WWE right now and his revamped look had a lot to do with his success. Interestingly enough, Jey Uso has now vowed to bring back the infamous ‘Ucey’ chant back.

On the October 28, 2022 episode of Friday Night SmackDown, Sami Zayn pointed out that Jey Uso wasn’t quite himself and wasn’t feeling very “Ucey.” This ended up becoming one of the best moments in Bloodline history.

Despite their past issues within The Bloodline, Jey Uso and Sami Zayn have since mended their relationship and are now working well together on WWE Raw. At Fanatics Fest NYC, Jey reflected on his time with Sami, recalling how the crowd started chanting “Ucey.”

Jey described the segment as both the funniest and most awkward moment for him. He admitted he doesn’t like to watch the segment again because he feels he was too often seen laughing on TV, which made him feel unprofessional. Jey explained that during live shots, it was hard for him to keep a straight face, especially when Sami and his brothers tried to make him laugh. While Solo Sikoa could maintain a serious look, Jey found it difficult not to smile.

“We’re going to bring it back, Uce,” he said. “By far, Ucey, that segment (was the most) laughing on TV. That was the most coolest and embarrassing moment for me. I didn’t know what to do. It was fun.

I don’t like (watching it back). There were a couple of times where I was laughing on TV every week and then I started thinking to myself, ‘I’m being unprofessional, I think.’ I couldn’t help it because when we’re doing the shots, we’re doing them live. They’re counting it down, I’m just standing there, and I don’t know what he’s going to say. He’s looking at me trying to make me laugh. My brothers too. It’s real hard when I have eye contact with my brothers, it’s hard for me not to smile. Solo can keep a stone-cold face.”

Jey Uso also admitted there was a change in his relationship with Jimmy Uso. Regardless, we will have to wait and see if Jey Uso will bring back the ‘Ucey’ chants now that he is working with Sami Zayn again.
