WWE is bringing back the iconic “Bad Blood” theme for an upcoming Premium Live Event in October at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, GA. The company continues its trend of drawing big crowds, with this event expected to be a major draw for fans.

The revival of the “Bad Blood” gimmick is part of WWE’s celebration of the anniversary of the very first Hell in a Cell match, which took place on October 5, 1997. That historic match featured The Undertaker facing off against Shawn Michaels and also marked the debut of Kane, a moment that has become legendary in WWE history.

WWE previously revived the “Bad Blood” theme in 2003 for a Hell in a Cell match between Triple H and Kevin Nash, with Mick Foley serving as the special guest referee. The last time the theme was used was in 2004 when Triple H battled Shawn Michaels in another Hell in a Cell match, which headlined that year’s event.

According to WrestleTix, the upcoming “Bad Blood” event has already sold 13,221 tickets, with only 594 tickets remaining as of a few days ago. This continues WWE’s strong performance at the State Farm Arena, where they previously drew 12,009 fans for a January SmackDown episode.

Before the “Bad Blood” PLE, WWE will present its next major event, Bash in Berlin, next Saturday. That show is expected to be headlined by WWE World Heavyweight Champion GUNTHER defending his title against Randy Orton, adding even more excitement to WWE’s busy fall schedule.

As WWE revives classic themes and continues to draw large crowds, fans can look forward to more memorable moments and high-stakes matches in the coming months.

What are your expectations for the upcoming WWE “Bad Blood” event, especially given its historic significance?
