Carmelo Hayes Delivers on After Party Promise Post 8/16 WWE SmackDown Victory

Carmelo Hayes wrapped up his NXT tenure with loss to Trick Williams and wasted no time making an impact on SmackDown during the opening night of the 2024 WWE Draft. He has been feuding with Andrade for a while and ended up beating him on SmackDown this week. In fact, it appears he delivered on his promise to have an after party after the show.

During the August 16th edition of Friday Night SmackDown, Carmelo Hayes invited Naomi, Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill to his after party for when he defeats Andrade, but they shrugged him off.

Andrade previously defeated Carmelo Hayes on the July 19th episode of WWE SmackDown, and then again on the August 2nd episode. However, during this week’s SmackDown, Hayes got his revenge by defeating Andrade. After the match, the two continued to brawl, with officials struggling to separate them.

Carmelo clearly kept his word on having an after party, as he held an Instagram live session where he was seen partying with his girlfriend Kelani Jordan and other NXT stars such as Roxanne Perez, who was also in attendance for SmackDown this week.

We will have to wait and see what’s next in store for Carmelo Hayes now that he finally defeated Andrade, as fans want to see him move on from the feud and do something significant.
