Trick Williams Appears During 8/16 WWE SmackDown

WWE brought their show to Orlando this week, and the crowd filled the Kia Center to catch the blue brand in action. They got an unexpected surprise when one of the top stars from the black and gold brand made an appearance.

Former NXT Champion Trick Williams was in attendance for WWE SmackDown. With the WWE Performance Center located in Orlando, it was a short trip for him. NXT Superstars often make their way to WWE’s Orlando events, and this time was no exception.

During the August 16 episode of SmackDown at the Kia Center, a high-stakes match determined the next challengers for the WWE Tag Team Championships. #DIY faced off against The Street Profits in a #1 Contender’s Match. The winning team earned the chance to challenge for the tag team titles, setting the stage for a clash between two of WWE’s most exciting duos.

Before the match began, the camera panned to Trick Williams in the crowd. The audience reacted with enthusiasm, clearly recognizing him.

Trick didn’t get involved in any action on SmackDown this week, but it might only be a matter of time before he’s regularly mixing it up on the main roster. For now, seeing him in the crowd was a treat.
