R-Truth is known for being one of the most entertaining WWE Superstars, often leaving fans in stitches with his amusing antics. However, he was brutally attacked by Bronson Reed on RAW this past week and it appears he is expected to be on a hiatus from television for now.

Bronson Reed has been on a rampage, leaving a trail of injured Superstars behind. WWE used his brutal attack on Seth Rollins to write Rollins off TV, though the real reason was Rollins’ ongoing battle with a chronic injury. On the August 12 episode of WWE RAW, Reed’s rampage continued.

Reed fought The Miz in a singles match and quickly took control. After the match, Reed climbed the top rope to deliver another Tsunami to Miz. When R-Truth tried to stop him, Reed hit him with a Tsunami as well.

Reed then delivered four more Tsunamis and, not finished yet, climbed to the other corner to hit one more Tsunami on R-Truth. He ended his rampage with a total of five Tsunamis. R-Truth then provided a health update, stating that he had cracked ribs.

According to Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, R-Truth is expected to be off WWE TV following the attack from Bronson Reed on RAW. However, it has been noted that he is not actually injured.

We will have to wait and see when R-Truth will make his return to WWE television, as it is quite clear that the company is currently focused on making sure Bronson Reed is booked as an absolute monster.
