The ongoing feud between Damian Priest, Rhea Ripley, and the new Judgment Day faction—led by Dominik Mysterio and WWE Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan—has taken an interesting twist following WWE SummerSlam. On the August 12th episode of WWE Raw, it was announced that Priest and Ripley will face Mysterio and Morgan at WWE Bash in Berlin, further intensifying the storyline.

Recently, WrestleVotes reported that WWE was considering rebranding the new Judgment Day faction with the name “Street Trash,” which led to significant fan backlash. In a follow-up report, WrestleVotes confirmed that WWE listened to the outcry and decided not to rename the faction entirely. Instead, the name Judgment Day will remain, and the “Street Trash” concept will be incorporated into the group’s gimmick as a slogan.

The “Street Trash” idea reportedly came directly from Finn Balor, and WWE has already approved merchandising related to the slogan. This move allows WWE to keep the core identity of Judgment Day intact while adding a fresh element to the group’s presentation.

Fans can breathe a sigh of relief knowing that Judgment Day won’t undergo a complete name change, as many believed the “Street Trash” moniker would have negatively impacted the group’s image. As the storyline continues to unfold, it will be interesting to see how WWE incorporates the new slogan into the group’s gimmick and what impact it will have on their trajectory.

With fans deeply invested in the storyline, all eyes will be on Judgment Day as they continue to navigate their ongoing feud and evolve in the weeks to come.
