WWE’s NXT brand is moving to The CW, starting with two live shows in Chicago and St. Louis. CM Punk will be in Chicago, and Randy Orton will be in St. Louis. Shawn Michaels has revealed a special plan for Punk’s appearance.

Shawn Michaels has not disclosed details about CM Punk’s role in the upcoming WWE NXT episode in Chicago. However, he did confirm that Punk will be there and will play an important part.

In a recent interview with WGN Radio, Michaels discussed the WWE NXT episode at Chicago’s Allstate Arena on October 1. HBK made it clear that he won’t reveal the plans for CM Punk in October, but he did suggest there will be other surprises for NXT viewers and those attending the show in Chicago.

“Can’t let the cat out of the bag on that right now. So, he’s going to be there. He’s going to be playing a major role, obviously, for us, and again, as I said. Certainly, other surprises are sure to come.”
