R-Truth Provides Unfortunate Medical Update After 8/12 WWE RAW

Bronson Reed is on a rampage, leaving a trail of injured Superstars in his wake. WWE used his brutal attack on Seth Rollins to write the Visionary off television, though the real reason was Rollins’ ongoing battle with a chronic injury. On the August 12 episode of WWE RAW, Reed’s reign of terror continued.

This week on RAW, Reed faced The Miz of Awesome Truth in singles competition. It didn’t take long for Bronson Reed to dismantle The Miz, but the violence didn’t end there.

After the match, Reed climbed back to the top rope, preparing to deliver another Tsunami on Miz. R-Truth tried to intervene, but Reed hit him with a Tsunami as well. Reed then followed up with four more Tsunamis as officials desperately tried to stop him. Not satisfied, Reed climbed to the opposite corner and hit yet another Tsunami on R-Truth. As Big Bronson Reed started to head to the back, Reed changed his mind and delivered one final Tsunami. He didn’t stop until 5 finishers were laid down.

R-Truth logged onto Twitter on August 14 to provide a brief update. Although he didn’t say much, his words made it clear that the veteran is struggling.

“Cracked ribs, internal bruising”

We’ll have to see how long WWE keeps R-Truth off television. He might use these injuries as an opportunity to take some time off. One thing is certain, because Bronson Reed’s relentless attacks show no signs of stopping.

Triple H brought back a handful of released WWE talent when he took control of the company. Bronson Reed was one of those named who returned to the company, and it appears that they are positioning him for some huge things on the horizon.
