Joe Hendry has emerged as a breakout success for TNA Wrestling. His theme song is getting stuck in people’s heads everywhere, even in the NFL. The tunes from his concerts are also earworms, and his catchphrase has taken on a life of its own.

David Schiele from WTSP in Tampa Bay was in the middle of his sports broadcast when a meme moment presented itself. He started by discussing MLB, specifically the Rays’ new call-up.

Junior Caminero was promoted from AAA ball to play in The Show. When Schiele mentioned this during the broadcast, he said they believe in him. Suddenly, Joe Hendry appeared on the screen instead of the new Rays player.

They displayed Joe Hendry on the screen for a moment, but the sports anchor didn’t mention his name. Instead, he simply told Hendry to “get outta here,” and then Junior Caminero appeared on the screen. It was a quick, inside joke, but it still made it into the broadcast, proving that Joe Hendry’s name is crossing over into the mainstream in a big way.

Joe Hendry saw the clip and quote retweeted it, responding with five clapping emojis. It was clear that he got a kick out of it. If anything, it certainly showed that Joe Hendry’s name resonates beyond the pro wrestling world.

It looks like Joe Hendry will be making Ethan Page’s life difficult in the coming weeks. The breakout TNA Wrestling star confronted All Ego during the August 13 episode of the show. Only time will tell how that match turns out, but there are certainly a lot of fans who believe in Joe Hendry around the world. That said, Hendry’s TNA Wrestling contract will keep him with the company for a long time to come.
