Chase U Shares a Moment with Shawn Michaels After Title Win on 8/13 WWE NXT

On the August 13 episode of NXT, WWE’s tag team division took center stage as Chase U challenged Nathan Frazer and Axiom for the NXT Tag Team Championships and won in the end. Afterwards, they shared a moment with Shawn Michaels backstage as well.

The match, featuring high energy from the start, saw the champions, Axiom and Nathan Frazer, tag in and out while Andre Chase faced both opponents early on. Ridge Holland made a significant impact with his strength, eventually executing his finisher for the win.

Despite Frazer and Thea Hail’s real-life relationship, Hail was seen cheering for Chase U during the match. The show ended with Chase U celebrating their new titles in the ring.

WWE later took to Twitter and shared a video of Chase U backstage, where they were greeted by Shawn Michaels, who praised their performance. Duke Hudson noted on camera that he was clapping for them, and Thea Hail cheered, “Chase U!”

This is certainly a big deal for Chase U as they worked very hard to regain the NXT Tag Team Championships. Therefore, we will have to wait and see how they will be booked as the champions in the coming weeks.
