Absent AEW Star Planned to Return on 8/14 Dynamite

AEW has their eye on many prospects from around the world and quite a talent from other countries have worked in AEW from time to time and this includes Mina Shirakawa. In fact, she is being planned to return on Dynamite this week.

Shirakawa recently announced her return to the United States, which meant she would miss the STARDOM 5 Star Grand Prix. After returning to Ring of Honor, she faced Rachael Ellering at the promotion’s tapings at Arlington’s Esports Stadium on August 10.

Mike Johnson of PWInsider has reported that Shirakawa is scheduled to appear at the 8/14 Dynamite taping in Norfolk, Virginia, on Wednesday night. It’s not clear what her role will be on the show, but she has mentioned to Tokyo Sports that she’s interested in seeing Mariah May’s reaction to her, especially after May’s recent turn against Toni Storm.

Mariah May will also be featured on Dynamite as she gets her own spotlight. Therefore, we will have to wait and see whether May and Mina Shirakawa will have a confrontation on Dynamite this week.
