Randy Orton made his return at Survivor Series back in November last year and in the months since then, firmly established himself as one of the top Superstars in WWE again. With that said, an alarming statistic about Orton’s WWE record has come to light.

On the August 5 edition of Monday Night RAW, GUNTHER, the new World Heavyweight Champion, celebrated his major victory over Damian Priest at SummerSlam, which followed Priest’s betrayal by Finn Balor of The Judgment Day.

However, GUNTHER’s celebration was interrupted by Randy Orton, who made a surprise appearance. Orton reminded GUNTHER of their previous encounter at WWE King and Queen of the Ring PLE, where GUNTHER did not pin Orton cleanly to earn his title match at SummerSlam. Recognizing this blemish on his record, GUNTHER accepted Orton’s challenge for a World Heavyweight Championship match at Bash in Berlin.

According to Cagematch, Randy Orton has not won a singles match at a Premium Live Event since WrestleMania 37 in 2021, where he defeated Bray Wyatt’s Fiend in a singles match.

While Orton has won in events such as Survivor Series last year, that was when he was in the WarGames match. Regardless, we’ll have to wait and see if he will be able to defeat GUNTHER at Bash in Berlin and finally pick up a singles win at a Premium Live Event.
