Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa won the WWE Tag Team Championships back in July and fans were happy for their success. They dropped the titles to The Bloodline last week but for some reason, the titles still had the ‘DIY’ side plates on SmackDown this week and Gargano has now reacted to the same.

During the August 2 edition of SmackDown, Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa entered Cleveland as the SmackDown Tag Team Champions, the Bloodline emerged victorious and now hold the WWE Tag Team Championships.

As seen on the August 9 edition of Friday Night SmackDown, Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa made their way out as the WWE Tag Team Champions, despite the fact that Tonga Loa didn’t win the match last week, as he took Jacob Fatu’s spot, who is out of action at the moment.

Many fans noticed that the WWE Tag Team Championships had ‘DIY’ side plates, so it is clearly a huge botch on WWE’s part as they certainly had more than enough time to change the side plates over the week. In any case, Johnny Gargano took to Twitter and reacted to the botch, as he stated that the tag titles are his and Tommaso Ciampa’s property.

”Our property. Whatever it takes. #DIY”

We certainly hope that WWE fixes this botch and includes the proper side plates for the WWE Tag Team Championships next week, as many fans feel such an error should not happen.
