After joining AEW, Anna Jay has risen as a prominent figure in the women’s division, impressing fans with her dedication to skill development and this was on full display as she picked up the win during her STARDOM debut.

As previously reported, on August 10th, STARDOM launched their 5STAR Grand Prix tournament, which will run until August 31st. AEW’s Anna Jay was announced as a participant in the Blue Stars A block, marking her debut in Japan.

In her STARDOM debut, Anna Jay squared off against the highly talented Saori Anou. Both competitors gave it their all to pick up the win, as Anna Jay displayed a level of skills that many fans hadn’t seen in AEW.

When all was said and done, Anna Jay countered a backslide into an elevated pin and picked up the win, as she was successful in her first-ever STARDOM match. Naturally, this was a big deal for the young AEW star.

We will have to wait and see how Anna Jay will continue to hone her skills and become a better professional wrestler as part of the 5STAR Grand Prix tournament since it will definitely help her career in the long run.
