The Imperium faction, comprising GUNTHER, Ludwig Kaisar and Giovanni Vinci, that reigned supreme as a cohesive unit saw a huge turning point on Monday Night RAW a few months ago.

The WWE Universe witnessed the stable exiling Giovanni Vinci following his loss in a match on RAW in April. As he and Ludwig Kaisar were making their exit, Kaisar turned on his cohort and laid vicious beatdown on him.

Since that fateful night, Giovanni Vinci was not seen on WWE television programming. However, on the August 9 edition of Friday Night SmackDown, WWE aired a vignette hyping Vinci’s return as a singles competitor.

Giovanni Vinci could seen in a completely new dress to impress gimmick, unlike his previous persona, in exotic locations, doing leisure activities and pulling up in a sports car claiming to have become the man he always wanted.

As the vignette came to a close, Vinci announced bringing his new style yet the same relentless he possessed soon to Friday Night SmackDown, making him the latest addition to the blue brand.
