‘TNT Overdrive’ Featuring AEW Talent to Debut This Week

AEW has seen tons of growth over the past five years and thanks to their relationship with Warner Bros Discovery, they have expanded their weekly programming. In fact, a new show called ‘TNT Overdrive’ featuring AEW talent is set to debut this week.

TNT has revealed that their new show, “TNT Overdrive,” will launch right after AEW Collision at 10 pm ET this Saturday. A teaser on TNT’s website shows a mix of intense car crashes, high-speed chases, and extreme sports footage, interspersed with scenes of AEW wrestlers.

The series is described as offering a high-energy collection of the most exhilarating moments and behind-the-scenes stories from AEW stars, airing Saturdays at 10/9c, right after Collision.

AEW has previously appeared on two reality TV series: “Rhodes to the Top,” which aired on TNT in 2021 and focused on Cody and Brandi Rhodes, and “AEW All Access,” which aired on TBS last year and delved into backstage activities.

The company is currently negotiating with Warner Bros. Discovery to extend their media rights deal, which is due to expire at the end of the year. Tony Khan has mentioned that the discussions are progressing well, and he recently returned from Paris, where he met with Warner Bros. Discovery’s chief, David Zaslav. Therefore, we’ll have to see how the negotiations turn out as fans are also excited for ‘TNT Overdrive’ this week.
