Over the past year, WWE has released numerous talents, including several with the potential to become top stars. While these cuts are unfortunate, they also open the door for potential reunions outside the company. A recent cryptic tease suggests that such a reunion may be on the horizon.

Veer was released in April 2024, part of a round of cuts that also included Xia Li, Xyon Quinn, and others. In June, Jinder Mahal’s release followed suit, but the Modern Day Maharaja is not changing his pursuit of success in the pro wrestling world.

Recently, Jinder Mahal updated his Twitter bio to read simply, “Veer is coming,” and removed his wallpaper to reveal a blank space. This cryptic move has sparked speculation about his intentions, hinting at a possible reunion with Veer on the independent circuit.

In 2022, WWE aired months of vignettes heralding Veer’s arrival, creating significant anticipation. This also became a meme in the Internet Wrestling Community. Although he eventually made his way to the RAW brand, his impact was minimal in the end.

On June 5, 2024, it was announced that Jinder Mahal would return to his original ring name, “Raj Dhesi,” for his debut with Black Label Pro on July 26. Before that, on July 19, Dhesi made a dramatic entrance into Game Changer Wrestling by attacking Effy after his match. He has also picked up his first time on the indies, and he’s already reunited with the Singh Brothers. As the pro wrestling landscape shifts, only time will tell what lies ahead for him, but Mahal may have reinforcements.

We will keep a close watch on this developing story and many others here at Ringside News. With the pro wrestling world constantly evolving, anything can happen as wrestlers find their footing in this dynamic industry.
