Logan Paul’s impressive run in professional wrestling, especially his stint as United States Champion, took many fans by surprise. Despite losing the title at SummerSlam, he’s now made headlines again by filing a lawsuit against LA Knight after Knight stole his PRIME truck.

As seen during the August 2 episode of Friday Night SmackDown, LA Knight vowed to get Logan Paul a new banner and headed backstage to make good on his promise. During this time, Pretty Deadly attempted to promote their upcoming musical, but Knight wasn’t interested. Instead, he stumbled upon Paul’s PRIME truck and drove off with it. As Logan Paul rushed backstage, shouting, “That’s a crime!” he was too late to stop Knight from making his escape.

The storyline between Logan Paul and LA Knight is clearly far from over as a legal dispute is now the newest development. Logan Paul announced on Twitter that he is suing LA Knight for stealing and allegedly damaging his PRIME truck. Paul shared a court document that outlines the lawsuit and details the accusations.

The document, filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, shows that Logan Paul is the plaintiff in the case. The defendant, Shaun Michael Ricker, also known as LA Knight, is being sued for civil theft and property damage. According to the complaint, Knight stole Paul’s PRIME truck and used a metal pipe to break the truck’s driver-side window, damaging the door frame and surrounding areas. Paul is seeking both compensatory and punitive damages, as well as attorney’s fees and costs. The document argues that Knight has no valid defenses against these claims.

The nature of the action focuses on the misconduct of LA Knight, which Paul claims caused significant damage to his vehicle. The incident reportedly occurred before a match between the two at SummerSlam in Cleveland, Ohio. The lawsuit alleges that Knight found Paul’s truck at the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse loading dock and, in what Paul describes as a deliberate act of malice, stole and damaged the vehicle.

”See you in court @RealLAKnight”

Logan Paul also reflected on his time as the United States Champion in a heartbreaking video, but he has made it quite clear that he isn’t done with LA Knight yet. Therefore, it remains to be seen how Paul and Knight will continue their feud in the coming weeks.
