GUNTHER’s Bash in Berlin Opponent Unveiled During 8/5 WWE RAW

GUNTHER dethroned Damian Priest at SummerSlam, marking a significant moment for the Ring General. He followed up by appearing on the August 5 episode of RAW to provide the fallout everyone was anticipating.

The Ring General kicked off the August 5 episode of WWE RAW with plenty to be happy about. Ludwig Kaiser made his return to introduce the new champion to the ring. As GUNTHER made his way to the ring, he wore a big smile. He then took the microphone to introduce himself, as if he needed an introduction.

GUNTHER proclaimed that the legacy of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship belongs to him. Then Randy Orton made his way to the ring. The Apex Predator was not only on RAW, but he was there to make it clear that his eyes were on GUNTHER. Recently, Orton has been on SmackDown dealing with the Bloodline.

Randy Orton brought up how GUNTHER didn’t really pin him at King of the Ring. He mentioned how even Triple H mentioned how there will be an RKO vs GUNTHER II. That is why he was on RAW that night, to call that match in.

The Apex Predator said that he’s the only person in the locker room who can go chop for chop against GUNTHER, and he said that it will be a modern-day Flair vs Steamboat. That set the bar very high for this match, as Orton has made a career killing legends.

Randy Orton then said that at Bash in Berlin on August 31, he will beat GUNTHER for the title. It appears that the match was set, and fans were all for it to happen right then and there. Still, GUNTHER is up for the challenge as the new World Heavyweight Champion.
