Becky Lynch is one of the most renowned WWE superstars of this generation, and her legacy has been immortalized with a new episode of A&E Biography: WWE Legends, which showcases her life inside and outside the ring.

During the same episode, Lynch reflected back on the night in May 2020 when she relinquished the RAW Women’s Championship after an impressive 299-day reign due to her real-life pregnancy.

The Man was visibly in tears as she came backstage and met her co-workers, including her husband, Seth Rollins. Looking back at that day, Becky Lynch stated that she was not ready to adhere to the custom of the crazy wrestling business and its schedule, which did not allow superstars to start a family until they retired from the ring.

“The crazy wrestling business we have become accustom to that says like ‘no, you can’t do that until you are done’ … oh I dont want to be done.”

As the world saw, Becky Lynch came back after a year away at the 2021 WWE SummerSlam event and won the SmackDown Women’s Championship from Bianca Belair in a squash match.

The Man is currently a free agent. Her last appearance was on the May 27 edition of RAW, where she failed to regain the WWE Women’s World Title from Liv Morgan. So, whether she will choose to return to the company or explore outside options in the business is yet to be seen.
