The Bloodline faced defeat at the end of SummerSlam, but the event was highlighted by Roman Reigns’ surprising return to WWE. Cody Rhodes successfully retained the Undisputed WWE Title with Reigns’ assistance, managing to outmaneuver Solo.

While there were rumors about another family member debuting at the event, Zilla Fatu did not make an appearance in the ring. Nevertheless, he was spotted in the crowd during the summer’s biggest event. Despite trying to remain low-key, the son of Umaga is not easily overlooked.

Due to his recent status, Zilla Fatu missed an indie booking for UPW in Michigan on the night of SummerSlam. UPW had been promoting his appearance on their social media accounts, including Facebook and Instagram, and even shared a promo video he recorded for the event. However, as previously reported, Zilla was present at SummerSlam instead of the Michigan indie show.

After SummerSlam, Cody Rhodes admitted that he knows a rematch against Roman Reigns has to happen. Only time will tell what the stage will look like when that goes down.

We will have to see how long it takes for Zilla Fatu to show up in WWE for real. He is not currently signed to any exclusive contract, and the son of Umaga may find himself at home in the Bloodline saga. If anything, he certainly made some waves during SummerSlam.

What’s your take on Zilla Fatu ending up in WWE? Do you think that he would be a great addition to the roster? Let us know what you think in the comments section!
