WWE held its 2024 SummerSlam event on August 3, and there were many legends behind the scenes. The company wanted to ensure that those legends felt welcomed, and they went the extra mile for the premium live event.

Cody Rhodes mentioned during the WWE press conference after the SummerSlam event that a tip sheet was sent to the talent with headshots and bios of the legends who would be attending to help educate some younger wrestlers.

The American Nightmare noted that these tip sheets included stats for all the legends’ careers. Each legend had their own sheet of paper, which also included a headshot as part of the information.

Sean Ross Sapp reported on Fightful Select that they were encouraged to pick their brains and treat the legends respectfully. This is a big difference from how WWE used to handle legends being around backstage.

As of this writing, we haven’t actually seen any of the tip sheets surface, but someone in WWE went above and beyond, and Rhodes brought attention to that during the press conference. We will have to see if the company continued doing things like this, but the legends tip sheet was a home run for a lot of people.
