Triple H Confirms WWE Stars Are ‘Banged Up’ After SummerSlam 2024

WWE SummerSlam is finally over and it was truly a spectacle from start to finish, full of hard-hitting matches. There were also injury concerns for the likes of Jacob Fatu and now Triple H has confirmed that two Superstars are ‘banged up’ after the show.

During the SummerSlam Premium Live Event, Logan Paul defended his United States Championship against LA Knight. Despite his best efforts, Paul lost the match and Knight became the new champion, but Paul didn’t leave the match unscathed.

During the main event, Cody Rhodes put his Undisputed WWE Championship on the line against Solo Sikoa. It featured Roman Reigns returning to help Cody Rhodes win the match, but that wasn’t the only noteworthy moment about the show.

Following the match, Jacob Fatu was seen being helped to the back as many feared he might have injured his leg. While speaking during the post-SummerSlam media scrum, Triple H confirmed that Jacob Fatu was banged up. He noted that Logan Paul is also dealing with some minor injuries. Triple H expressed hope that Fatu’s leg issue is not serious and stated that he will assess the situation further to determine the extent of the injuries.

“Unfortunately, [Jacob Fatu] got a little bit banged up in that last match. The only two real… Logan’s a little banged up, as he should be, and Jacob’s a little banged up.

“I’ll see where that nets out here in a little bit. Hopefully nothing serious, but it was bugging him a little bit, the leg, so we’ll see where he is.”

We certainly hope that Jacob Fatu will not have to miss out on any television time after his leg issues, as fans want the Bloodline member to be present on WWE television, especially now that Roman Reigns is back.
