Roman Reigns’ Return at SummerSlam Triggers Quick Sell-Out of Limited Edition Belt

Roman Reigns has not been seen on WWE television since his loss to Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 40, but that changed after the end of SummerSlam where he made his shocking return. In fact, a limited edition title belt featuring Reigns has already sold out after his return.

WWE’s 2024 SummerSlam event ended with a Bloodline Rules match for the Undisputed WWE Title. Cody Rhodes picked up the win over Solo Sikoa, thanks in part to the intervention of the Original Tribal Chief.

Roman Reigns made his return at SummerSlam, and it appears his focus was on Solo Sikoa. Rather than taking action against Cody Rhodes, Reigns played a crucial role in helping Cody retain the title as he took out Solo Sikoa.

Following his shocking return, WWE The Shop took to their Twitter account and announced a new custom merchandise for sale, namely the Roman Reigns 1,316 Days Signature Series Undisputed Championship Title Belt. There were only 1,316 of these on sale and they were all sold out within the first couple of hours.

Each belt was priced at $600, and with all 1,316 belts sold out, Roman Reigns’ merchandise generated $800,000 in revenue. However, it’s important to note that while the belt company handled the gross sales, WWE only receives a small percentage of that revenue.

Regardless, we will have to wait and see how Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes will interact on Friday Night SmackDown, as Cody Rhodes made it clear a rematch with The Tribal Chief has to happen. No matter what, Reigns is back for good and business has already picked up and that’s what fans care about now.
