MJF Brutally Compares AEW Star to MGK and Ellen’s Dumpster Baby

MJF was able to beat Will Ospreay for the International Title in a match that was almost reached the hour-long time limit. Then the Salt of the Earth proceeded to trash that title and introduce a new American Championship. Even though MJF has Ospreay to face at All In on August 25, he still has other challengers to deal with.

Maxwell Jacob Friedman will face Kyle Fletcher on the August 7 episode of AEW Dynamite. The match has been upgraded to an AEW American Championship Eliminator Match. This change occurred during the August 3 episode of Saturday Collision after Kyle Fletcher defeated Brian Cage and challenged Maxwell to a championship match. Maxwell responded via the video wall, agreeing to grant Fletcher an Eliminator contest.

MJF is not happy about this matchup, and he made that point very clear on Twitter. The Salt of the Earth leveled a big time diss on Fletcher. While suggesting that he get a haircut, MJF also suggested that he looks like a baby that MJF and Ellen Degeneres had and threw in a dumpster.

The kangaroo emoji was in place to take another dig at Fletcher for being from Australia. Obviously, MJF isn’t going to change his pre-match tactics, as he is full of zingers aimed at his opponents. Only time will tell how this match turns out on Dynamite.

The lineup for AEW Dynamite on August 7 includes an “Anything Goes” match between Bryan Danielson and Jeff Jarrett, with Ricky Steamboat serving as the special guest. The event will also showcase a match between Bryan Keith and Katsuyori Shibata. Of course, there will also be an AEW American Championship Eliminator Match featuring MJF against Kyle Fletcher.
