SummerSlam will include plenty of high-profile matches, but few had the intrigue attached to it like the opening match of the night.

WWE stacked the SummerSlam card to get plenty of attention. Now, as the event draws closer, we know which match will start off the biggest party of the summer. Ringside News has learned that, at this time, the WWE Women’s World Title match between Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan is set to open things up.

Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley’s battle for the Women’s World Championship will draw a lot of attention. It will give fans a good match to start the event. This also featured Dominik Mysterio as a real X-factor, and fans in Cleveland Browns Stadium couldn’t wait for the finish.

Liv Morgan promised that she would take everything from Ripley, including the Women’s World Championship. While Rhea Ripley was out of action with an AC joint injury, Morgan moved in on Dominik Mysterio as well. All of this mounted into a crescendo as Mami made her return to throw a wet blanket over Morgan and Mysterio’s little tryst. Morgan didn’t stop there, and Dominik Mysterio had to tell her off, but that only added more fuel to the fire in this match.
