The world of professional wrestling often sees some individuals facing the ire of fans. LuFisto has been receiving criticism from AEW fans but it appears she had the final laugh as she seemingly threw shade at MJF after all the controversy with Britt Baker.

If you need a reminder, LuFisto shared several tweets expressing her concerns about the alleged mistreatment of the AEW women’s division. She also stated that she had received information from talent about the backstage dynamics, describing it as a version of Mean Girls led by Britt Baker, with Tony Khan contributing to the environment. LuFisto was also buried by MJF for her remarks regarding the AEW women’s locker room.

This week, AEW’s locker room has been under intense scrutiny following a heated altercation between Britt Baker and MJF. The conflict began after Baker made comments about MJF and his girlfriend, Alicia Atout, during the July 17th episode of Dynamite. These remarks were relayed to MJF through Atout, leading to a fiery exchange that escalated tensions. The situation was further complicated when Will Ospreay tried to mediate by discussing the issue with Baker.

Things came to a head when MJF, visibly upset, punched a wall backstage, revealing the high emotions and pressures within AEW’s environment. Despite the unrest, Britt Baker continued to appear on television, although an HR investigation led to her brief suspension. The inquiry also looked into claims that Baker had verbally attacked Atout and demanded her removal from the women’s locker room.
