John Cena showed up during the 2024 Money in the Bank event to announce his plans to retire from in-ring competition. He didn’t hang up his jorts that night, but he did reveal that a retirement tour is coming. That has led many to assume that a WWE Hall of Fame induction is also in the pipeline.

As anticipation builds for John Cena’s eventual induction into the WWE Hall of Fame, fans and bettors are eagerly speculating about who will have the honor of inducting the legendary superstar, even though Cena has not been officially announced to receive a HOF induction yet. Naturally, the top names on this list hold a lot of history with the Greatest of all Time.

According to BetOnline.ag, Kurt Angle is currently the frontrunner with odds at +250, followed closely by Randy Orton at +300. Triple H is another strong contender with odds of +500, while The Rock is also in the mix at +600. CM Punk holds odds of +700, making him an intriguing possibility given their storied history.

Edge and The Undertaker are both listed at +900, reflecting their close connections with Cena throughout his career. Of course, Edge isn’t likely, since Adam Copeland is currently an AEW star.

Batista and Ric Flair are both at +1000, while JBL comes in at +1200. Other potential inductors include Brock Lesnar at +1600, but that would require Lesnar’s return to the company first. Also, Shawn Michaels, The Miz, Chris Jericho, and Kane all tied at +2000. Mark Henry and Stephanie McMahon are both at +2500.

Further down the list, Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan are at +3300, with Kevin Owens and R-Truth slightly longer at +3500. Odds are, Bryan Danielson is out of the running, since he hasn’t showed any signs that he’s leaving AEW despite his contract status.

Booker T stands at +4000 to induct John Cena, while a host of legends, including Stone Cold, Hulk Hogan, Dory Funk Jr, and Mick Foley, are all at +5000. Ronda Rousey is listed at +7500, and both Vince McMahon and Shane McMahon have long-shot odds at +10000.

The betting odds for John Cena’s Hall of Fame inductor will close on Thursday, February 27, 2025, at 6 PM EST. Only time will tell if they induct Cena in the 2025 class, but he would naturally be the headlining name if they make that announcement official as part of his retirement tour.
