Val Venis has been getting a significant amount of attention in recent memory thanks to his political views. That has led some to take action against him, and the very trademark status of his name has been up in the air. Now it appears that someone has filed for that trademark out from under the Big Valbowski.

Recently, The Valued Allies of LGBTQ+ Vital Educational & Non-Judgmental Informational Services, also known as VAL VENIS, was established to combat hatred toward the LGBTQ+ community, with organizers announcing plans to file a trademark. Val Venis’ namesake was already turned into a URL that was diverted to pro-trans website, The former WWE Superstar was not happy about that at all, as he let everyone know about on social media.

Now, X user @HaangEmHiigh has announced that the trademark filing was successful, and they now own the trademark for “VAL VENIS.” This comes after he has teased the idea for about a week, and now the trademark is officially theirs.

Val Venis fired back his own response to HaangEmHiigh locking down this trademark. He bought the website domain for the Twitter user and created a hyperlink which now redirects to Preborn.com
