Mercedes Mone Files for Divorce from Husband Mikaze

Mercedes Moné has filed for divorce from her husband, Mikaze, also known as Sarath Ton.

The couple got married on August 4, 2016, after meeting in 2010 while both were active in the wrestling circuit. Sarath, who specializes in designing wrestling gear, became close to Moné after helping her with some new gear.

Sarath has been behind many of Mercedes’ notable ring outfits over the years. The couple has been together for nearly eight years but does not have any children.

Ringside News have obtained documentation showing that Mercedes Mone and her husband have filed for divorce. The divorce was filed on July 30th in the circuit Court and the County is the Seminole County in Florida. The divorce case is currently active and has not been finalized as of this writing.

This news may come as a surprise to many fans, as Mercedes Moné has rarely spoken about her personal life, except for recent comment on some of the ring gear her husband designed.

“I was p*ssed off, I was mad. It was Money in the Bank, he made me this disgusting, ugly, lupas green, yellow, white and navy together. I legit cried and screamed ‘I’m not gonna wrestle good, this makes me look ugly, I hate it’ and I made him feel so bad, I’m like ‘This is not what I said, all this stuff’ and honestly, it didn’t make me feel confident when I went out there. I remember doing my entrance and I slipped a little bit. I was like so mad.”
