Several stars in TNA Wrestling have been making waves, with Joe Hendry emerging as a notable talent. Hendry’s growing prominence in the industry has earned him many supporters. Despite his recent loss at Slammiversary, Hendry has declared his intention to challenge John Cena for a match if he secures the TNA World Title.

In case you didn’t know, John Cena confirmed that he would be retiring from in-ring competition in December 2025, so fans have been wondering which professional wrestlers he will face as part of his retirement tour.

During TNA Wrestling’s Slammiversary pay-per-view, Joe Hendry failed to win the TNA World Championship despite eliminating Moose as Josh Alexander turned heel and cost him the match.

While speaking to MuscleManMalcom, Joe Hendry was asked if he still plans on calling out John Cena for a title match if he wins the TNA World Championship, despite his loss at Slammiversary. Hendry made it clear he will still call out Cena immediately, once he becomes the champion.
