WWE has been providing extensive weekly coverage across its network with shows like Raw, SmackDown, and The Bump. However, The Bump has been on hiatus for some time and now the future of the show during its prolonged hiatus has been revealed.

WWE’s The Bump had been one of the most notable talk shows in the network’s history since its debut in 2019. The show has played a significant role in advancing storylines and fuelling feuds within the company, becoming a key platform for WWE’s narrative development.

As previously reported, WWE’s The Bump has been on hiatus since May of this year. Despite the passage of several weeks, there have been no updates regarding its return, leading to concerns among fans about the future of the show.

Mike Johnson of PWInsider, who was asked about what happened to The Bump, reported that there had been internal discussions about its potential cancellation, and it eventually did get discontinued. It’s uncertain whether WWE will bring the show back, reformat it, or replace it with a new show like Byte This, which could be hosted by Richard Trionfo.

Megan Morant, Sam Roberts, and Ryan Papolla were the mainstays of WWE’s The Bump but it’s clear that is all in the past now. Only time will tell whether WWE will introduce a new show to replace The Bump.
