Val Venis has not shied away from his right-winged opinions, as his battle with pronouns has shifted into a full-on homophobic post. That’s not all as he has been canceled many times and most recently, a fan is attempting to secure the trademark to Venis’ name which has expired and Venis has now gone off on an unhinged rant.

Earlier this year, Val Venis levied harsh criticism against Rhodes, branding him “Satan worshipper” for his support of transgender rights and urging him to cease promoting what Venis terms as “mental disorders.”

Val Venis could lose the rights to his old name because the trademark for “Val Venis” was abandoned A Twitter user named HaangEmHigh noticed this and registered the name as their own. Now, WWE can decide if they want to challenge this new trademark.

One idea to keep the name’s value is to sell merchandise with “Val Venis” on it, like stickers. Venis also spoke out against the “demon-possessed followers” of HaangEmHigh and made it clear that he wanted to be left alone.

The Twitter user had only just begun, as he has now opened a website called ‘Val Venis.com‘ which is fully supportive of LGBTQ rights, notable trans rights with the appropriate colors for transgender persons. This was done to further their trademarking process as well.

That’s not all as they are now working with other Twitter users and even selling custom stickers under the ‘Val Venis’ name with the transgender colors. Obviously, a lot of thought has been put into securing the name for trans-rights.

Val Venis took to Twitter and responded to attempts to secure a trademark for the expired ‘Val Venis’ name for LGBTQ support, questioning why someone would try to take another person’s business name. He suggested that such actions are driven by spite and hatred, which distort their judgment.

Venis stated that people trying to use a government entity to claim his business name are merely wasting their money, citing his past experiences where WWE spent significant amounts unsuccessfully trying to take his name. He criticized the lack of understanding of common law and mentioned that he has never lost in court. Venis concluded by expressing a belief that such actions reflect failures in public education and suggested that their lawyers would ultimately drain their resources.

”Why would someone even consider taking another man’s business name? The only reason I can think of is pure spite. These individuals are driven by hatred, which clouds their judgment. They seem to believe they can use a government entity to usurp my business name. Let them waste their money. Just like when the WWE wasted tens of thousands of dollars trying to take my business name from me. These people act as if common law doesn’t exist and forget that I have NEVER LOST in court. This is another example of the failures of public education. Pray for them, but let their lawyers drain their funds first….👇👇👇”

It is to be noted that Val Venis also once spread rumor that The Pope was arrested. He even once claimed that The Rock “sold his soul to the devil.” Regardless, we’ll have to see whether Val Venis will end up winning this trademark dispute when all is said and done.
